Our carefully selected staff are also trained and re-trained in vehicle safety, food handling, food sanitation and plant sterilization.
Importantly our vans are equipped with modern, high tech ice cream and refreshment machines that are reliable and are able to be easily cleaned as well as thoroughly sterilized on a regular basis.
